Every cut we sell is hand butchered and sourced from nearby farms that share Sweet Lou’s values. By choosing to only use ethically raised meat, we support farms that prioritize humane treatment, sustainable farming practices, and reduced environmental impact. This also allows us to work within local economies and promote food security by connecting our community with local farms and producers. It’s also just REALLY GOOD MEAT.
