Meet Your Butchers

In 2021, Louisa Farhat and Tim Dubay realized that the Twin Cities needed a new approach to whole-animal butchery, one that aligned with their values of bringing ethically raised meat, butchered in-house, to your table. After several years of pop-ups around town, they’ve found their home in St. Louis Park and are happy to expand their wildly popular meat market into a deli and coffee bar.

At Sweet Lou’s Craft Sausage & Butchery, we partner with local farms that prioritize humane animal treatment and sustainable farming practices that reduce their environmental impact. As we work to connect our communities to local farms, producers, and each other, we’re building a stronger local economy with increased food security. And, most importantly, we’re helping you put REALLY GOOD MEAT on your table.
